This site collects the bare minimum: enough to answer you if you write, nothing to track you.

Data controller

The data controller is the site's publisher (see the legal notice). For any request: contact@libresoftware.cloud.

What data and why

If you write to me, your email address and the content of your message serve only to reply. Separately, the server keeps a short connection log (IP address, page requested, time) for security, to spot and block attacks. It is erased within a few weeks at most and never used to track you.

Analytics

None. This directory ships no analytics: it does not count your visits or measure your path.

Cookies and trackers

At most two cookies, strictly functional: locale remembers your language, about remembers that you closed the welcome note. No advertising, social-network or analytics cookie. Fonts are self-hosted and search runs in your browser. Being strictly functional, these cookies need no consent banner.

Third parties and hosting

No third-party request on the page: icons, fonts and search are all served by this site, your browser contacts no one else. Technical logs are handled on the publisher's infrastructure and at OVH, in the European Union. No data is sold or passed to anyone.

Retention

Your emails are kept for as long as it takes to handle your request, then deleted. Security logs are erased within a few weeks at most.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, erase, object to and port your data. To exercise them, write to contact@libresoftware.cloud.

Complaint

If you believe your rights are not respected, you can refer the matter to the CNIL: cnil.fr.
